I thought I would give a behind the scenes look here at EwersFamily.org into what it takes to get a picture of all the Ewers Kids. In order to get all three kids (between the ages of 2-6) to smile at the same time, it requires effort. As a matter of fact, it is quite hard to get them all smiling at the same time. From time to time, we have one child who will inevitably revolt. I think they secretly have a rotation only known to them as to whose turn it is…. This Resurrection Sunday, it must have been Drew’s turn. He did not cry, he quietly rebelled and refused to have his picture taken. Ahhhh – but the crayon – Daddy bribed him to sit down with a crayon, which you can see in his hand. However, this then made Julia unhappy…..
Can you believe that face!! That lip!!! Well, Daddy couldn’t stand that! So I gave her a green highlighter off my desk and made it all better! That is why you will inevitably, from time to time, see our kids holding “things” in pictures. Sometimes that is just the only way… Here is what we finally got. Enjoy!

As you may notice, in both pictures, Dwayne Jr is just smiling away! He is so good and patient with Julia and Drew while taking pictures. I guess he is just used to it!
